How can I return some or all of my order?

You can return by following either of these two steps!

Option 1: Set up your own return - Sign into your HSAstore.com account using the email address and password you registered when ordering.

→ Click on “Track and Manage Orders"

→ Scroll down to the order in question → Click “View Details”

→ "Return Items"

→ then check the items you wish to return!

Option 2: You can contact us here, in regards to your return. Please be ready to provide the agent with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and a reason for which the item is being returned to us. 

Once your return has been approved, you will be provided with a prepaid  label to return the purchase to us. When your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed according to your preferred method. 

Please note: We accept returns of items that are brand new, unopened, and unused in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery, except for breast pumps, defibrillators, period underwear, pillows, and items marked as non-returnable. Breast pumps, defibrillators, period underwear, and pillows are not returnable, with no exceptions.
