We offer free shipping on all orders $50 and above (before sales tax). If your order is less than $50.00, we will charge you a standard flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99. This shipping fee is HSA eligible, and can be paid using your HSA card. All orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii addresses are subject to a $29.99 shipping fee and additional weight-based charges.
We ship to any residential or business address in the U.S. except for Puerto Rico and other territories. We do not ship to UPS, PO Boxes, US Post Offices, APOs, or FPOs. Our checkout process will not authorize these types of addresses or locations as valid shipping addresses.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed through our fulfillment center(s), except for the end of the calendar year, when seasonality may cause orders to take longer to process. Once picked up by the carrier, we’ll email the tracking information to you. At this point, orders take anywhere from 1-5 business days for delivery, weather permitting.
Our goal is to ship your order out to you as fast as possible! Depending on the product purchased, the availability of the products and size of the order placed, your order may be split into multiple shipments to expedite the delivery of your entire order.
If you would like to edit your delivery address, we have a very short window to make those changes for you. Let us know ASAP via chat, and we will do our best to help you! However, once the order is in the “Getting Ready to Ship” or “Shipped” status, we cannot guarantee we will be able to make the changes prior to delivery. If you would like to reroute an order in such a status, you may be subject to additional fees.
