To make it easier to use your remaining HSA funds, our system is designed to capture the balance available on your card. If the remaining balance is less than the order total, we send you an email to let you know that your order has not yet been finalized. There are a few easy ways to finish processing your order:

• We can either remove a few items from your order to get the total below the amount charged
• Or we can process payment from another card for the remaining amount
