To earn Silver status, you must be enrolled in the HSA Perks® rewards program and spend a total of $500-$999.99 during a 12-month period, which resets each year on the anniversary of your migration or opt-in date. Once you achieve Silver status, you will retain your status for the remainder of the 12-month period unless your total spend exceeds $999.99.
