When you opt out of the HSA Perks® rewards program, you forfeit all points earned and you will no longer be able to access your loyalty account dashboard. Forfeiture of points and deactivation of your loyalty account cannot be reversed once you select to opt out of the HSA Perks® rewards program. You can opt-out here.
